Dr. Germaine Pentsil is the founder of G. Pentsil Consulting, a Detroit-based business consulting agency that services the non-traditional entrepreneur. Her clients include non-profits and start ups that do not have access to the resources and opportunities that big box brands come across. Germaine's past business ventures included a jewelry company, fashion design, and academic support. She also sits on several non-profit boards that work to enhance artistic skill and community engagement. 

Since 2014, Dr. Pentsil has worked with young professionals, entrepreneurs, small businesses and non-profits on organizational development and related goals. ​
